Morning Stretch + Tai Chi

Start the morning with a calming and restorative stretch and tai chi practice. This session includes light stretching, gentle tai chi, and qi gong exercises that will create a focused and relaxed mind-body connection to ground you throughout your day.
Kung Fu Zen
Tuesday and Thursday at 9-10am CST on Zoom
Explore kung fu’s meditative roots while mastering its fundamental principles of strength, focus, and discipline. With a combination of traditional Shaolin fighting techniques and restorative qi gong exercises, this full-body workout will improve your flexibility, increase strength, and cultivate a sense of calm.
Beginner Tai Chi + Qi Gong
Tuesday at 5:30-6:30pm CST on Zoom
A martial art known for its many health benefits, tai chi is a moving study in meditation. This comprehensive introduction to internal martial arts includes the fundamental skills of Yang Style tai chi and qi gong breath work. The exercises will invigorate the internal organs, support bone strength, and maintain resilient muscles to reduce tension and increase mind-body awareness.
Beginning Kung Fu (In-Person)
Saturday at 1:15-2:15pm CST
Beginning Kung Fu combines elements of fitness with kung fu basics to help adults and children build strong, healthy bodies and focused, alert minds. With drills designed from kung fu’s vibrant animal styles, students will develop agility, strength, and balance, as well as a self-directed mindset and a timeless commitment to achieve their personal best.

This weekly drop-in, in-person course provides a comprehensive introduction to tai chi and qi gong. Accessible to beginners but valuable for practitioners of all levels.

Continuing Tai Chi and Qi Gong (Online)
Monday at 6-7pm CST
Continuing Tai Chi and Qi Gong is designed for those who feel ready to move on from the Beginning Tai Chi and Qi Gong class. Students will deepen their understanding of essential tai chi principles with Yang Style 24 Movement form. Qi Gong techniques will be used to warm-up and prepare for tai chi training. Zhan Zhuang standing meditation will be introduced.
